Is jury nullification a responsible formula for policymaking?

    Heh. I haven’t heard anyone talk about jury nullification since law school, where oddly enough, two of my professors had a very heated proxy debate (i.e. they had their student followers debating for them).

  2. I don’t know; why should it be any worse than getting a majority of 535 egomaniacs to agree? I figure that jury nullification should be a partial offset for taking the election of senators away from the state legislatures.
